Mark showed great interest in each home and attention to detail was paramount. We worked together from the design process, approvals and any variations on site together. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

Mark was always open to visiting new ideas and took time to explore different options with something that required further investigation. Mark was also very fair and flexible, which I believe is a crucial part of dealing with clients in the upper end of the market.

The main difference with Mark was that if it wasn't to his standard it was not acceptable. This is the difference between a good builder and a great quality boutique builder.
