Mulvay Builders was established in 2000 with the aim of creating or re-modelling quality homes, no matter the client’s budget or specifications.

Building is what we’re good at. And we’re highly experienced across all different styles – from contemporary to traditional. 

Along the way, we have been privileged to win more than 20 industry awards for excellence.

They include Perth Home of the Year and Kitchen of the Year, Custom Home of the Year, Customer Service award of the year and Most Innovative use of Steel. 

Mulvay Builders is headed by Mark Mulvay, a dedicated builder whose passion for the craft began three decades ago as he followed a family tradition.

Mark began as a bricklayer and, while qualifying as a registered builder, managed the construction of homes with one of Australia’s largest building firms before setting up his own company. 

Having begun his journey from the ground and worked his way up, there is very little he hasn’t experienced with building houses.

When he isn’t crafting beautiful homes, Mark is heavily involved in surf lifesaving, a cause which he supports along with his four children.
